01Is this a checkout or an order?
It is an enquiry. Nothing is charged or reserved online. Counter staff read the list, confirm live stock and reply with a price for every line before anything is paid.
02Why do some items not show a price?
Catalogue pricing moves with supplier stock. Where a figure is known it is listed; where it is not, the line reads “Ask for price” and the reply carries the current counter figure.
03Can I inspect equipment before deciding?
Yes. The walk-in counter at Shop 107 is open Monday to Saturday. Ask to see the unit, check its terminals and compare drivers in person before you commit.
04Do you send equipment outside Nairobi?
Transit is arranged per enquiry with regional parcel offices. Packaging and the waybill are agreed with counter staff first, and dispatch details are shared with you before the parcel leaves.
05What should I include in a compatibility question?
Vehicle model and year, the head unit you are using, speaker positions and sizes, and any amplifier already installed. That is usually enough to check harness, impedance and power matching.
